Why They Trust Me
After 20 years of struggling to find my purpose in life, lackadaisically planning my future, and knowing that I wasn’t living up to my full potential, I went into a three month program with Jiggy that completely changed the course of my life. Jiggy is a powerhouse of knowledge, resources, tools, and activities that she has spent years accumulating in order to best serve her clients.
In just three months, I transformed from someone who hated herself and did not have a single ounce of self-confidence to someone who is outgoing, self-assured, and knows with absolute certainty that she is capable of achieving anything she sets her mind to.
I went from being a sedentary college student to going to CrossFit everyday. I went from barely eating enough to get through the day, to gaining weight, meal prepping and fueling my body. I went from being an average undergraduate student to being one of the top researchers in my mentor’s lab who trains other students, even those who have graduated and are in medical school. I went from feeling hopeless in difficult coursework to creating fool proof plans for academic success. I never thought these dramatic changes were possible until I started working with Jiggy. She taught me how to plan, execute, reflect, and become successful in every aspect of my life.
My two favorite things about working with Jiggy is that she has an immense focus on recognizing your humanity in your daily life and she pushes you to set goals, regardless of whether you have the proper tools and knowledge to achieve them in the present moment. She taught me that if you set a goal first and truly believe that you are capable of reaching it, you will find the resources and create a plan to make it happen.
Learning how to constantly be present in my daily life and monitor my energy and focus allowed my goals to not drift off into a dreamland because I gained a clear vision for the future. Most people quit when things get hard, but I learned through our weekly calls that with dedication to planning and believing in myself, I have infinite potential that is going to take me anywhere and everywhere I steer myself in life.
I never imagined that it was possible for me to be this happy and at peace in my daily life while still being able to reach the goals I set for myself, but Jiggy has helped me make that happen. I will forever be thankful for the time and energy she invested in me. She is an absolute beast, and expects that you will become one too.
I've had the honor of hosting Jiggy as a speaker for a diabetes-based event this summer. As someone with diabetes, her talk really reached out to those who related to it - but more than that, she was also able to relate it to all of the non-diabetics in the room as well. To be able to connect with and engage every single person in the audience, regardless of the type of event it is, is an incredibly special gift and Jiggy has it!
Jiggy is such a rare gift from heaven. She is one of those people who can change your life and/or worldview even with a brief small talk.
What makes Jiggy such a powerful speaker/life coach is her personal journey and her willingness to reveal her shortcomings/failures. Jiggy has endured many personal tragedies and risen above them. Her fierce love for family, friends and God and her passion to help young people embrace their vulnerability are inspiring.
Unlike many, straight-A type role models and influencers out there (such as Michelle Obama, Emma Watson, Malala Yousafzai, Sheryl Sandberg, etc), Jiggy and her stories are relatable. Jiggy is just like us and she speaks to you like a friend. And indeed, that is who she is. Your truest friend. Your most loyal ally.
